ONLINE AUCTION OF SALE OF SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY

The Township of West Orange is conducting an online public auction for surplus personal property no longer needed by the municipality. The auction will be held through Municibid (www.municibid.com) and is governed by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36 and P.L. 2001, C. 30. The auction period begins on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 9:00 AM EST and concludes on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 1:00 PM EST. Interested parties can schedule inspections of the items between Monday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at the Department of Public Works yard located at 25 Lakeside Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052, by calling (973) 325-4067. All items are sold "as is, where is" without warranty. Successful bidders must pay in full within five business days of the auction's close and remove items within ten business days of receiving their buyer's certificate.
