ONLINE AUCTION OF SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY

The Township of West Orange is conducting an online public auction for the sale of surplus personal property no longer needed by the municipality. The auction will be conducted via the Municibid online platform, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36 and P.L. 2001, C. 30. The auction will commence at 9:00 AM EST on Friday, February 21, 2025, and conclude at 1:00 PM EST on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Interested bidders must register electronically on www.municibid.com. Inspection of the items can be scheduled by calling the number listed in the auction ad. All sales are final and sold "as is, where is." Payment must be made within five business days of auction close, and items must be removed within ten business days.
