Operation, Management and Maintenance Services at Rock Spring Golf Course

The Township of West Orange is seeking proposals for the operation, management, and maintenance of the golf course and clubhouse at Rock Spring Golf Course. The RFP package can be obtained in person or by emailing a request. Proposals must be clearly marked with the title and bidder's name and address, and submitted to the Municipal Building. The due date for proposals is Thursday, March 14, 2019, at 2:00 PM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bidders must comply with relevant contract compliance and equal employment opportunity regulations. A breakdown of 2018 utility and related expenses for the golf course is provided, though the Township does not warrant its accuracy. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at 10:00 AM at the Rock Spring Golf Course.
