Operation of The West Orange Recycling Center

The Township of West Orange is soliciting proposals for the operation of its Recycling Center. The contract includes managing Class B exempt woods, Class C exempt compost operations, and a Recycling Convenience Center for electronics, scrap metal, and tires. The selected operator will be responsible for site improvements, marketing of recyclable materials, and adherence to all state and local environmental regulations.
