PURCHASE & INSTALLATION OF TWO CARRIER 25 TON UNITS OR EQUAL

The Township of West Orange is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of two Carrier 25-ton high efficiency electric cooling/gas heating rooftop units, or equivalent. Bid forms can be obtained in person or via email request. Sealed proposals must be submitted by mail or hand delivery to the Purchasing Department, clearly marked with the bid title and the bidder's name and address. Bidders are required to comply with Affirmative Action laws and must submit bids accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, not to exceed $20,000. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to adjust quantities as deemed necessary.
