Re-Bid Repair and Maintenance of EMS Apparatus for the West Orange Fire Department

The Township of West Orange is soliciting sealed bids for the Re-Bid Repair and Maintenance of EMS Apparatus for the West Orange Fire Department. Bidding is restricted to vendors actively engaged in EMS apparatus repair, with a demonstrated ability to provide timely, competent, and professional service. The selected vendor must show proof of certifications and supply three references, as well as possess a minimum of five years' experience in the maintenance, service, and repair of equipment similar in manufacture, capacity, and operating characteristics to those covered by the contract. The contract term is two years, with a possible one-year extension based on funding availability. All quotations for work outside preventive maintenance will detail hourly labor rates, overtime, travel costs, and material markups. Bidders must adhere to contract compliance and equal employment opportunity regulations and possess a current New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. Sealed proposals are due by Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. and must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Municipal Building at 66 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052.
