Re-Bid Third Party Billing for Emergency Services

The Township of West Orange is seeking sealed proposals for the re-bid of third-party billing services for emergency transport services. Interested bidders must obtain bid forms from the Township's Purchasing Department, either in person or via email. Proposals must be clearly marked with the project title and the bidder's name and address. Bids are to be received by mail or hand delivery at the Municipal Building by May 16, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., at which time they will be publicly opened. Bidders are required to comply with New Jersey's Affirmative Action requirements, have a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, and adhere to the Local Unit Pay to Play Law. A bid deposit of $5,000.00 is required in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond.
