Re-Quote Request for Quotes- 2021 Food & Beverage Concession at West Orange Ginny Duenkel Pool

The Township of West Orange is soliciting quotes for a food and beverage concession contract at the Ginny Duenkel Municipal Pool for the 2021 season, with options for two subsequent annual renewals. Prospective vendors must be licensed catering or restaurant operators with a licensed food preparation facility within a twenty-mile radius of West Orange and have been in legal operation for at least one year. Successful vendors and their employees must obtain food handler certification through a township-offered course. Vendors are responsible for initial and ongoing cleaning of the concession facility and its equipment, with final approval from the Health Department required for security deposit release. The vendor must maintain a Satisfactory Rating from the West Orange Health Department. The contract requires the vendor to provide all necessary equipment, vehicles, and labor, except for certain provided Township items (refrigerator, freezer, grill, ice machine, service tables, deep fryer), which are provided "as is". Proposals are due by April 29, 2021, at 4:00 PM, and can be submitted via email or mail. A security deposit of $1,500.00 in the form of a certified check is required with all proposals.
