Request for Qualifications for Professional Services

The Township of West Orange, New Jersey, is actively soliciting Qualification Statements from qualified companies and sole proprietors for a wide array of professional services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to establish a pre-qualified list of professionals to serve the Township for the contract period spanning March 1, 2013, through February 28, 2014. Prospective contractors must demonstrate extensive qualifications, including a minimum of two years of relevant experience. For specific roles, New Jersey licensure is mandatory, such as an attorney licensed by the State of New Jersey for all legal positions, a New Jersey licensed professional planner for COAH matters, and a professional engineer licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors for engineering services. Registered architects licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Architects are required for architectural services, and a certified tree expert in New Jersey for tree-related services. Respondents must affirm that neither their firm nor any assigned individual is disbarred, suspended, or prohibited from professional practice by any government agency. The submission must include mandatory forms such as an Affirmative Action Certification, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Stockholder Disclosure Statement, and a valid NJ Business Registration Certificate, adhering to N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 for Equal Employment Opportunity requirements.
