Request for Qualifications - 2024

The Township of West Orange is soliciting qualifications for various professional services for the 2024 calendar year. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to establish a pre-qualified list of professionals to provide services as needed throughout the year, in compliance with New Jersey's "Pay to Play" laws. Services requested span multiple categories including Legal (Municipal Attorney, Prosecutor, etc.), Financial (Auditor, Consultant), Insurance (Risk Management), Planning/Architectural/General (Engineering, Appraisal, Surveying), and Medical (Psychological Consulting, Medical Director, Veterinary Services). Respondents must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience and possess all necessary licenses and certifications. Submissions are due by Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 4:00 PM. Packages can be obtained via email or downloaded from the Township website. The RFQ process will be evaluated based on experience, knowledge of the Township, availability, cost details, and the utilization of local contractors.
