Township of West Orange Request for Qualifications

The Township of West Orange is seeking qualifications for various professional consulting services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) has been amended by Addendum No. 1, which introduces new positions such as Hearing Officer, Municipal Financial Consultant, Housing Rehabilitation Consultant, and Forestry Consultant, and clarifies the title of Tax Attorney to Tax Appeal Attorney. Prospective bidders who received the original RFQ packet and registered with the Purchasing Department will be notified. Respondents must acknowledge receipt of this amendment and submit their RFQ in accordance with the updated requirements. All addenda will be available on the township's website.
