Request for Qualifications -April 2021

The Township of West Orange is soliciting qualifications for professional services for the 2021 calendar year. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is a fair and open process to secure legal and general services. Services requested include Municipal Attorney, Litigation Services, Public Advocate, Municipal Engineering Services, and Environmental Consulting Services. Submissions must be received by Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 4:00 PM and can be emailed or accessed online. The Township will create a prequalified list of professionals, and selection will be based on a combination of experience, knowledge of the township, availability, cost, and utilization of local contractors.
