Request for Qualifications for Psychological Evaluation Services

The Township of West Orange is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQs) for Psychological Evaluation Services for the 2015 calendar year. Interested parties must submit sealed proposals by mail or hand delivery no later than 11:00 AM on Friday, January 30, 2015. Submission packages are available at the office of the Purchasing Agent, located at the Municipal Building, Room 111, 66 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052, during regular business hours. Corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietors must include a Disclosure of Ownership, a valid NJ Business Registration Certificate, and comply with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements.
