Request for Quotation for Social Media Services

The Township of West Orange is seeking a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Social Media Services to manage and administer its social media outreach and marketing campaigns. This is a part-time, independent contractor position for a 12-month contract, with the option to extend for another 12 months. The selected coordinator will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of social media profiles, daily postings and interactions, graphic creation, handling inquiries, and managing the West Orange Jitney Facebook group and text alert service. Additionally, the role involves creating and launching marketing campaigns, increasing awareness for local businesses, developing digital/physical outreach materials, creating video assets, and collaborating with the Board of Education and local realtors. Submissions must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Proposals should include an annual cost, samples of previous work, and references. Reimbursement for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, not exceeding $250.00 annually without written consent, is also covered.
