Request for Quote for Grant Writing Services

The Township of West Orange is seeking proposals for Grant Writing Services. The selected vendor will be an independent contractor responsible for researching, planning, preparing, submitting, and following up on grant applications for County, State, Federal, corporate, and private aid funds. Key responsibilities include consulting with township departments on grant opportunities, ensuring "New Grants" totaling at least the vendor's annual compensation are secured, and submitting annual reports. The vendor must also attend meetings to discuss grant opportunities and provide status updates. All grant applications require Township Council approval. A New Jersey Business Registration Certificate is mandatory. Proposals, including resumes, qualifications, references, and fees, must be submitted by April 16, 2018.
