Request for Quotes- 2021 Food & Beverage Concession at West Orange Ginny Duenkel Pool

The Township of West Orange is seeking a vendor to operate the food and beverage concession stand at the Ginny Duenkel Municipal Pool for the 2021 season, with options for two subsequent annual renewals. The selected vendor must be a licensed catering or restaurant operator with a facility within a twenty-mile radius of West Orange, in legal operation for at least one year, and all employees must obtain food handler certification from the Township. The vendor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, and merchandise, maintaining sanitary conditions, and adhering to health regulations. The Township will provide certain equipment "as is." Proposals are due by April 20, 2021, at 11:00 AM.
