Request for Quotes- Grant Writer Services 2021

The Township of West Orange is soliciting quotes from qualified individuals or firms for Grant Writer Services for the year 2021. The selected vendor will operate as an independent contractor and will be responsible for providing professional consultations on aid funds, researching and preparing grant applications, working with township departments on grant opportunities, and obtaining "New Grants" totaling at least the vendor's compensation for the year. The vendor must submit an annual report and attend meetings to discuss grant opportunities. Minimum qualifications include at least two years of experience providing grant consulting/writing services to municipal entities in New Jersey. Proposals must be submitted by March 23, 2021, at 11:00 AM.
