Request for Quotes- Social Media Coordinator

The Township of West Orange is seeking proposals for a Social Media Coordinator to manage its social media outreach and marketing campaigns. The selected individual or firm will be responsible for day-to-day administration, monitoring of social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube), daily postings and interactions, graphic creation, and traffic management of inquiries. The contract will be for an initial 12-month period with an option to extend for an additional 12 months. Proposals should include samples of work and references, with compensation based on annual amount paid in monthly installments. Key responsibilities include ongoing maintenance and administration of social media platforms, creating digital/physical outreach campaigns, increasing awareness of the 'Shop West Orange' program, promoting local businesses, and creating digital/physical West Orange infographics. The contract also includes the creation of video assets and bridging the gap between the Township and the Board of Education for public school initiatives.
