RFP-RESIDENTIAL ENERGY AGGREGATION CONSULTING SERVICES 2021

The Township of West Orange is seeking proposals for Residential Energy Aggregation Consulting Services. The selected firm will be responsible for developing, supporting, and administering a bidding process for a third-party energy provider to supply electricity to residents and small commercial customers, aiming to secure cost savings compared to existing rates. Key responsibilities include educating municipal representatives, managing community outreach, developing bid specifications, administering the bidding process, and providing ongoing energy advisory services throughout the contract term. Firms must be registered as Energy Agents with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. The contract will be for two years with options for extensions.
