RFP - Workers Comp 3rd Party Administration

The Township of West Orange is seeking proposals for Workers' Comp 3rd Party Administration services. The selected firm will be responsible for supervising the township's obligations to employees who sustain injuries or occupational diseases, maintaining accurate records of all workers' compensation cases, compiling and filing required notices and reports, providing care and medical supervision for these cases, and submitting monthly reports to the township. Proposals are evaluated based on the qualifications of the primary principal and support staff, general experience of the firm, experience with similar municipalities, familiarity with the West Orange area, and the proposed fee. The contract will be for a one-year period.
