Workers Comp Third Party Administration - Rebid

The Township of West Orange is soliciting sealed proposals for Workers Compensation Third Party Administration services through a competitive contracting process. The selected firm will be responsible for supervising the Township's obligations to employees with work-related injuries or occupational diseases, maintaining records of all cases, filing required notices and reports, providing care and medical supervision, and submitting monthly reports. Key services include bill repricing, network negotiation, nurse case management, and medical review. Proposals must include the name and qualifications of the principal overseeing the relationship, details of support staff, a fee schedule, a statement of availability, business registration certificates, and other required disclosure information. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous proposal considering price and other factors for a one-year term from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022.
