RFQ Professional Services - Assistant Municipal Attorney

The Township of West Orange is soliciting qualifications for the professional service of an Assistant Municipal Attorney for the 2023 calendar year. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process is conducted under a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 and aims to establish a pre-qualified list of professionals. The selected attorney will assist the Municipal Attorney in providing general legal services to the Township. Submissions will be evaluated based on experience, reputation, knowledge of the Township, cost, and other factors. The contract period is through December 31, 2023, or until new counsel is selected.
