RFQ-Professional Services May -2021

The Township of West Orange is soliciting qualifications from interested individuals and/or firms for the provision of various Professional Services for the 2021 calendar year. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to create a pre-qualified list of professionals. Specifically, the Township is seeking Licensed Tree Experts for private property and for public rights-of-way and public properties. Submissions will be evaluated based on experience, knowledge of the township, cost, and utilization of local contractors. The contract period will be for one year or through December 31, 2021, whichever is sooner. All submissions must adhere to New Jersey's "Pay to Play" laws and relevant executive orders.
