RFQ Professional Services-Special Counsel for Mayor

The Township of West Orange is seeking qualifications for Legal Special Counsel to represent the Mayor in a pending litigation matter. The selected counsel will represent the Township Mayor concerning litigation filed on July 24, 2023, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Essex County, under Docket No. ESX-L-4687-23. Submissions must be sealed and received by 4:00 PM on Friday, August 11, 2023. Proposal packages are available via email or on the Township website. The contract period is through December 31, 2023, or until new counsel is selected. Respondents must comply with New Jersey's "Pay to Play" laws and provide necessary disclosures and certifications.
