RFQ Replacement Disclosure Form Available

The Township of West Orange is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a project. The submission deadline for this RFQ has been postponed to Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at 11:00 AM. A key change to the submission requirements is the replacement of the Business Entity Disclosure Certification for Non-Fair and Open Contracts with a Fair and Open Stockholder Disclosure Certification form. Companies that have already submitted their RFQ with the original disclosure form will have their submissions accepted.
