Snow Plowing Services Bid 2018/2019

The Township of West Orange is soliciting sealed proposals for Snow Plowing, Salting, Removal, and Snow Hauling Services for the years 2018 and 2019. Interested companies must obtain bid forms from the Township Municipal Building. Proposals must be clearly marked with the bid title and the bidder's name and address, and submitted to Anne DeSantis, Purchasing Agent. The submission deadline is Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at 11:00 AM, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders are required to comply with Affirmative Action regulations and must provide a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. A bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, with a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $20,000, is required. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance bond for 100% of the award amount.
