SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICE

The Township of West Orange is seeking bids for SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICE. The contract will encompass the collection of solid waste, recycling, and organics. Bidders are required to obtain bid documents online from www.westorange.org/bids, with a fee of $75.00 for specifications. Electronic copies will not be provided, and redistribution of bid package contents by unauthorized parties is prohibited. Bids from vendors who have not obtained packages directly from the Township will not be considered. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the West Orange Municipal Building. Written questions must be submitted no later than 11:00 a.m. on March 20, 2024. Sealed bids will be received and publicly opened on April 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the West Orange Municipal Building. All bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, and a Consent of Surety.
