Third Party Billing for Ambulance Services

The Township of West Orange is seeking bids for Third Party Billing for Ambulance Services. Interested companies must obtain bid forms in person or via email from the Purchasing Department. Sealed proposals are to be submitted by mail or hand delivery to the Municipal Building, addressed to the West Orange Township Purchasing Department, no later than April 4, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. Bidders are required to comply with Affirmative Action requirements, have a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, and adhere to the Local Unit Pay to Play Law. A bid deposit of $5,000.00 is required in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
