Third Party Billing of Emergency Services

The Township of West Orange is seeking proposals for third-party billing of emergency transport services for its Fire Department. Interested vendors must obtain bid forms in person or by email from the Purchasing Department. Sealed proposals, clearly marked with the project title and vendor information, must be received by mail or hand delivery no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2013. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action requirements, have a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, and adhere to the Local Unit Pay to Play Law. A bid deposit of $5,000.00 is required in the form of a certified/cashier's check or bid bond. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
