Using National Cooperatives

The Township of West Orange is issuing a correction to a notice originally published on January 27, 2015. This correction pertains to the intent to award a contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing agreement. The new award date for the Township to enter into an agreement with Houston Galveston Area Council (HGAC) contract #FS12-13 with Pierce Manufacturing is February 24, 2015. Further information can be obtained from the Township of West Orange Purchasing Department. The Township intends to make this contract award pursuant to National Cooperative purchasing agreements under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3). The comment period for this notice ends on February 20, 2015.
