VEHICLE AND TRUCK AUCTION

The Township of West Orange is conducting an online public auction for the sale of surplus personal property no longer needed. The auction will be held through Municibid, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36 and P.L. 2001, C. 30. The auction commenced on Monday, January 25, 2021, and concluded on Tuesday, February 2, 2021. Inspection of items was available by appointment at the Department of Public Works. All sales are final and sold "as is, where is" condition. Bidders were required to register online and acknowledge understanding of the terms and conditions. Payment was due within five business days of the auction's close, with removal required within ten business days thereafter.
