Zoom Meeting Moderator Request for Quote

The Township of West Orange is soliciting proposals for Zoom Meeting Moderator services. The scope of work includes meeting moderation for live in-person and online virtual meetings, as well as post-meeting video production. Key responsibilities for moderation involve pre-meeting technical setup, live moderation during meetings (including managing participants and technical issues), and post-meeting video processing, including downloading, editing, rendering, and uploading video files. Bidders are required to provide their own laptops and HDMI output for presentations. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to accept any item if deemed in its best interest. Awards are expected within sixty days of receipt of quotes.
