2026-2027 Crossing Guard Bid

The Town of Westfield is soliciting sealed proposals for the provision of Crossing Guard Services for the period of September 1, 2026, through June 16, 2027. This contract requires providing services for approximately 34 established posts within the Town of Westfield, under the purview of the Westfield Police Department, as detailed in the bid documents. Bidders are required to submit a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate with their proposal, and must accompany their bid with a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of $5,000. Compliance with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. is also mandatory. Proposals must be submitted with one (1) PDF file on a flash drive/CD. The deadline for submission is Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM prevailing time, at the Municipal Building. Bids received after this designated time and date will be returned unopened. Plans and specifications are available for review or procurement at the Office of the Town Clerk.
