BID - 2026 Landscape Materials for the Town of Westfield

The Town of Westfield is soliciting sealed proposals for the "2026 Landscape Materials in the Town of Westfield, New Jersey". Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk by Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time. Bidders are encouraged to mail in their bid responses via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc., or arrange a drop off with the Town Clerk. Proposals must include a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Westfield, amounting to 10% of the base bid, with a minimum of $200.00 and a maximum of $20,000.00. A Surety Company Certificate guaranteeing a performance bond for the full contract amount is also required, along with a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractor's Qualification Statement, and Statement of Ownership. Bidders must also provide a copy of their New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. Electronic copies of the Plans and Specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Town Clerk.
