SURVEY, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF COMFORT STATION
& EXPANDED PARKING LOT
The Town of Westfield is soliciting qualifications through a fair and open process in accordance with
N.J.S.A.
19:44A-20.4 et seq.
Sealed RFP/RFQ responses will be received by the Town Clerk on December 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the office of the Town Clerk, Municipal Building, 425 East Broad Street, Westfield, NJ 07090, at which time and place responses will be opened. Respondents are encouraged to mail in the proposal responses in a timely manner via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. Sealed proposals must include one (1) PDF file of the bid on a flash drive. As always, it is the Respondent’s responsibility to ensure that all proposals are timely submitted to be received in the correct location by the time and date as specified. Proposals received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened.
