Introduction - Ordinance 15, 2025

The Borough of Westville is introducing Ordinance 15-2025, which amends Ordinance No. 2-2009 and Ordinance No. 6-2016, requiring the registration and inspection of rental properties and outlining landlord responsibilities within the borough. The ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading on November 24, 2025. A public hearing and final consideration for passage will take place during the council meeting on December 15, 2025, at 6:00 pm at the Borough Council Chambers, 165 Broadway, Westville, NJ. Interested parties will have the opportunity to be heard at that time. Copies of the ordinance are available at no cost at the Municipal Clerk’s office, 165 Broadway, and on the municipal website seven days prior to the December 15th meeting.
