Notice is hereby given that the above-entitled Ordinance Nos. 11, 12, 13 and 14-2025 were 
introduced and passed on first reading at a meeting of the Governing Body of the Borough of 
Westville, held October 27, 2025 in the Borough Council Chambers, located at 165 Broadway, 
Westville, New Jersey.  A Public Hearing and further consideration for final passage will be held at 
the November 24, 2025 council meeting scheduled for 6:00 pm at the Borough Council Chambers 
located at 165 Broadway, Westville, NJ, at which time any person(s) interested therein will be given 
an opportunity to be heard.  During the week prior to and including the date of such meeting, 
copies of said Ordinances are available, at no cost, at the Municipal Clerk’s office, located at 165 
Broadway.  The Ordinances are also available for viewing on the municipal website at westville-
nj.com.
