PUBLIC NOTICE 
 
NOTICE TO BIDDERS 
 
 
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Borough of 
Westville on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Municipal 
Building at 165 Broadway, Westville, New Jersey for PPG AccuTab SI calcium 
hypochlorite tablets or approved equal for the calendar year 2026. We estimate our 
usage to be approximately one pallet (24 pails) per month. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Bid specifications may be obtained from Martin E. Finger, Jr. Public Works 
Superintendent, 114 Crown Point Road, Westville, New Jersey. Also posted on 
Westville Web Page: Westville-nj.com. 
 
The Borough of Westville reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole 
or in part, and also to waive any informality in any bid or bids so received. 
 
Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the 
bidder on the outside with “BID - Calcium Hypochlorite Tablets” written on the 
outside. Said bids shall be addressed to Kathleen Carroll, Deputy Clerk, Borough 
of Westville, 165 Broadway, Westville, New Jersey 08093. 
 
 
 
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127. 
 
The suppliers are also further notified that they must comply with P.L. 1977, 
Chapter 33, and submit a Disclosure Statement listing stockholders with the bid.
