Tax Sale Notice

This is a public notice from the Borough of Westville regarding a tax sale for unpaid property taxes and other municipal charges. The sale will occur on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. in the Council/Court Room of the Westville Municipal Building. Properties with unpaid taxes, water, and sewer charges for the year 2025 and prior will be sold at public auction, subject to redemption with interest rates not exceeding 18% per annum. Purchasers must pay with cash, money order, or certified check immediately after the sale, or the property will be resold.
