SEALED BIDS will be received by the TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE of the Township of Winfield, at the Municipal Offices, 12 Gulfstream Avenue, Winfield, New Jersey on
March 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM
prevailing time for the following described work:
Television Inspection of Sanitary Sewers,
being approximately 19,000 linear feet of sewer.
Plans and Specifications are on file at the Township of Winfield Municipal Offices, 12 Gulfstream Avenue, Winfield, New Jersey 07036.
A fee of $50.00 will be charged for each set of Plans and Specifications picked up, plus postage if request is mailed, payable to the Township of Winfield.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked and bearing the name and address of the Bidder on outside; addressed to the Township of Winfield, 12 Gulfstream Avenue, Winfield, New Jersey 07036, and be accompanied by a BID BOND or CERTIFIED CHECK made payable to the Township of Winfield, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid to secure performance.
All Bidders shall conform to the intention and provisions of Affirmative Action in Public Contracts Laws of State of New Jersey R.S. 10:2-1 of 7/23/75, Assembly Bill No. 2227.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
The Township Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids should it be in the interest of the Township to do so.
