West Hill Road and Brookview Drive Roadway Improvements

The Borough of Woodcliff Lake is soliciting sealed bids for the West Hill Road and Brookview Drive Roadway Improvements project. The project includes milling, resurfacing, striping, resetting of storm and sanitary structures, and selective curb reconstruction. The Base Bid covers West Hill Road from Emery Lane to Lyons Court, funded by NJDOT Municipal Aid and the Borough. Alternate Bid 1 covers Brookview Drive from Woodcliff Avenue to Werimus Lane, funded solely by the Borough. Bids must be submitted by July 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Drawings and specifications are available from Neglia Group for a fee. Bidders must comply with state requirements regarding affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, business registration, and local public contracts. A bid bond of not less than 10% of the bid amount (with specified minimums and maximums) and a consent of surety for 100% of the bid amount are required.
