Residence Away Form

The Woodlynne Borough Police Department is offering a courtesy program for residents who will be away from their homes for an extended period (one week or more) due to vacations, hospital stays, or other reasons. The program involves periodic checks of the resident's home by the police department during their absence. Interested residents must fill out a "Residence Check" form with their contact information, reason for the check, departure and return dates, and emergency contacts. It is explicitly stated that the Borough assumes no responsibility or liability for the property.
