Residence Away Form

This document describes the Woodlynne Boro Police Department's "Residence Check" program, a complimentary service for residents. The program offers periodic checks of properties for individuals who will be away from their homes for an extended period, defined as a week or more, for reasons such as vacations or hospital stays. To enroll in the program, residents are required to complete a form providing their contact information, address, reason for absence, departure and return dates, and emergency contacts. It is explicitly stated that the Borough assumes no responsibility or liability for the property while it is under the residence check program. This is a public service offering, not a procurement bid or RFP.
